Can I start without DATEV?
Yes. With the Cashflow plan, you only connect your bank accounts. You can add DATEV at any time.
Which banks are supported?
All major German banks, connected via finAPI, a BaFin-licensed service.
How up to date are the numbers?
Bank and DATEV update automatically, and you can refresh any time with one click. The management accounts show everything booked in DATEV.
How does DATEV get connected?
You grant access once, with your own DATEV adviser number or through your tax firm. We help you set it up. If you book in DATEV yourself (your own DATEV licence), the connection costs an extra €69 a month.
How does the trial work?
14 days with every feature of your plan. Without a subscription, it ends automatically and costs nothing.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans at the end of the month, annual plans at the end of the term. With one click in Finqo or by email.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades from the next billing period.
How many companies can I add?
Each plan covers one company. Additional companies cost €49 a month.
How do I pay?
By card or SEPA direct debit. Your invoice arrives by email every month and is stored in Finqo.
Where is my data stored?
In Frankfurt am Main, processed only in the EU. More on our Security page.
Does Finqo replace my tax adviser?
No. Finqo shows your numbers. Bookkeeping, taxes and year-end accounts stay with your tax firm.
